The 2018 Utrecht Network AGM will take place on 12 -13 April 2018 at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. An AGM workshop will be held before the AGM on 11 - 12 April 2018.

The 2022 Utrecht Network AGM will be held in Brussels on 13th-14th June 2022, at the UiB Brussels Office, hosted by the University of Bergen.
The 2023 Utrecht Network AGM will be held on 26th-28th April 2023 in Thessaloniki, hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The 2024 Utrecht Network AGM is scheduled to take place from the 17th to 19th April 2024 in Cyprus, hosted by the European University Cyprus.
The 2025 Utrecht Network AGM will be hosted by the prestigious University of Valencia from 9th to 11th April 2025.
