Links with Brazil

The Utrecht Network has furthered its ambitions to develop links with South American Higher Education Networks by signing a memorandum of understanding with the REARI-RJ Network.
The REARI-RJ Network is a Network of eleven Higher Education Institutions in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Discussions have taken place between the Utrecht Network and the REARI-RJ Network during the last year, and as a result, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two Networks in April 2016. The MOU will be further developed in the coming months with a comprehensive agreement, which is expected to cover such areas as student mobility and staff training, being signed by the end of 2016.
