Utrecht Network 10th Research Management Workshop

The Utrecht Network Research Management Task Force is pleased to invite you to the 10th edition of the Research Managers Workshop, which will take place from 7th to 9th October 2025 at the historic Valletta Campus of the University of Malta.
This landmark event brings together research management professionals from across Europe for three days of dialogue, collaboration, and exchange, focusing on the evolving landscape of research support and strategy.
Theme & Highlights:
The 2025 edition will centre on the critical theme of Research Security, complemented by sessions on:
- Research Infrastructures
- AI Applications in Research Support
- Data Security
- Open Science Implementation
- Dual-use Research & Export Control
- Future Research Frameworks
Participants will also benefit from guided visits to local research centres and labs, as well as a rich social programme in the unique cultural setting of Valletta and Mdina.

Each Utrecht Network member institution is invited to nominate one representative to attend.
Members of the Research Management Task Force may also bring an additional participant from their institution, with costs covered by their university.
