Annual General Meetings

2024 AGM

The 2024 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted by European Univerity of Cyprus, Nicosia, from 17th to 19th April 2024. 

2023 AGM

The 2023 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted by University of Thessaloniki, in Greece, from 26th to 28th April 2023. 

2022 AGM 

The 2021 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted in Brussels, from 13th to 14th June 2022.

2021 AGM

The 2021 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted Online, on 3rd December 2021. 

2020 AGM

The 2020 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted Online, on 23rd September 2020.

2019 AGM

The 2019 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted by University of Latvia, in Riga and took  place on 09 -10 April 2019.  The AGM was preceeded by a workshop.

2018 AGM

The 2018 Utrecht Network AGM was hosted by Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and took  place on 12 – 13 April 2018.  The AGM was preceeded by a workshop.

2017 AGM

The 2017 Utrecht Network AGM took place on 27 April 2017 and was hosted by the University of Hull. Particular welcome was given to the representatives from the Utrecht Network’s three partner networks – AEN (Australia), MAUI (USA) and REARI-RJ (Brazil).

Topics for discussion during the meeting included the change in focus of the Researchers Mobility Task Force (which is reflected in the change of name of the Task Force to the Staff Mobility Task Force), the approval of the 2017 – 2020 Strategic Plan and the establishment of a Research Management Task Force. An update on the Network’s involvement in the IMPALA project was given.

During the meeting, round table discussions were held, which allowed members to contribute, in an informal setting, to the strategic development of the Network.

The AGM was preceded by a Rectors meeting.

 

2019 AGM
